WHY??? WHY??? WHY?????

Dec 6- Went PC Fair in KLCC, a Maxis Broadband Promoter approached me and explain to me about a broadband service. She told me that using online streaming would not consume the volume quota. i doubted that but since i was given a 7-days trial, i subscribed for it by paying RM 100 registration fee. Soon, i realized there was another package for youth, which is much cheaper while not charging registration fee and no "handling fee" when u terminate it. Fuck you maxis.
Dec 7- Using maxis broadband at home was like a disaster. 22kbps, who can survive that? I searched online forums and found out that the promoter cheated. Online streaming DID actually do consume volume quota. I filed a complain online. Fuck you maxis.
Dec 8- Went INTI to try send my uni apps while trying maxis broadband there. Fast, but for a brief seconds. Have intention to terminate it. Went Seremban after that, connection is fast though.
Dec 9- Drove around Tampin to test the connection. Not good.Fuck you maxis
Dec 11- Wanted to terminate it. I was on the way to Ambank to do some withdrawal and deposit. Maxis branch was just beside Ambank. Went to the ATM, put the modem above it. After withdraw, I shifted to the Deposit machine next to it to deposit the money back to another account. When i was done, i realized i need to go maxis, went to take my modem. GONE. It was lost. Someone must have taken it. The Bank said they will check the CCTV. Went to lodge a police report. Send email to maxis. FUck you modem thief.
Dec 13- Last day to terminate without paying. No modem, how to terminate? Maxis replied, says I need to pay 500 for it. and They would suspend my account so that i wont pay anything. They asked me to email the police report for them. FUck you maxis, so long only reply.
Dec 14- Maxis called again. said i need to pay 200 to terminate coz the trial period is over. then i still have to pay 500 to repalce the mode. total 700. The same maxis broadband modem out side cost only 300+

Fuck you Maxis promoter, Fuck you Maxis, FUck you Maxis broadband modem thief. to Maxis promoter, i hope you wont tercekik when u eat fishballs. to Maxis, bravo Customer Service and scams customer. Lastly modem thief, hope you are not a gambler or trading shares, you would lose ten folds the value of modem you stole.
